I live in France: I am an Artichoke
During this time of government shutdowns, we need to not distance ourselves from those we love and connect with. Few things in the world give us such joy and happiness and have such a profound impact on our physical and mental health as the friendships we have and the relationships we build that allow to reflect back to us that we exist.
On Sunday’s conversation with my friend Marianne Rossant, we spoke about the world shutdowns, the restrictions and the artichokes in her garden in France. I adore artichokes and asked her to send me some pictures. The pictures she sent allowed me to not only taste this Lucious vegetable but also allowed me to breath the air! Here are her pictures, along with what I did with them.
